With over 50 years combined experience in the electricity industry we have identified services that our business and landlord clients require to stay compliant with health and safety for their buildings and staff.

We now offer Periodic inspections,PAT testing and emergency lighting services all in one package. From as little as €990 plus vat per year, you will receive 6 visits throughout the year. 4 quarterly emergency lighting tests, 1 day PAT testing and 1 day periodic inspection. 

building and usage will determine how often you are required to carry out an inspection.

When an inspection is not due, we will carry out a visual and thermal imaging survey each year and issue a report.

Frequency Guidelines

• Private Residences: Every 10 years, or upon change of occupancy/ownership.
• Rental Properties (Landlords): Every 5 years or at each change of tenancy.
• Commercial/Offices/Shops/Hotels/Residential Accommodation: Generally every 5 years (some need 3 years).
• Industrial/Agricultural: Every 3 years.
• High-Risk Environments (Construction Sites, Hospitals, etc.): More frequent, from 3-12 months depending on specific conditions.
